Bahamas' Best Restaurants

New Providence and Paradise Island have a variety of restaurants, cafes and bistros just waiting to be explored. Making a reservation is recommended if you wish to dine on the weekend in one of the more popular restaurants. While a gourmet meal overlooking the sea is always nice, if you want to get a ‘down-home’ feel for life on the islands, make sure to stop by the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay for some boiled grouper and Johnny cake. However, no matter where you choose to dine, most restaurants in the Bahamas jazz up their foreign fare with Bahamian delicacies. When ordering a dessert, ask for guava duff or rum pudding. Enjoy!
